Having a consultation with Jessica can begin to shift your thoughts around a healthy lifestyle. After the initial interview, she will create an easy to follow plan that includes food, exercise and other activities. Each person is different and no one ‘diet’, exercise routine or lifestyle plan works for everyone.
Trained as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, she works with you as an individual to understand your body type, lifestyle and goals. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga and looks at the entire person, taking all aspects of your life into account. Jessica will help you attain your goals and provide support along the way.

Our breath is a useful tool to make lasting improvements in our life. Together in a breathwork session we explore where you are and where you want to be. This includes career, personal relationships and your goals.
Through breathwork, also known as Conscious Connected Breathing, you bring a large amount of oxygen into your body. By oxygenating the body we can begin to release tension, pain or emotions stored in the body that we may be holding onto. By releasing and freeing up space in our body, we allow for more peace, love and awareness to come into our lives.
